Happy Birthday AJ!

To celebrate AJ's birthday we thought a trip up to the tin cabin might be in order. :)





As a present the Gods had us happen upon miles upon miles of honest to God singletrack. :) All real, real good, unmarked trail; hidden very deep in the woods; and every single bit of it closed to motor vehicles. :)







And and added bonus, we were not eaten alive by bears; however one did manage to break into our trailer, eat a lot of grass seed, throw about a bunch of charcoal, and punch a few of holes into cans of various handy chemicals.

Oh yeah, and the camp woodpecker?! Well, apparently is a she. :) Her babies go all crazy in a frenzied cacophony when she flies inside the tree ... to feed them grateful mouthfuls of insect vomit I suppose.

All in all, not a bad way to celebrate. :)
